When will I get my order?
For in stock items (custom tablecloths are usually the only items not in stock), we ship for overnight delivery, two day, three day and standard ground. Currently we use UPS as our primary shipper. (For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 12PM Eastern Time.) All items come directly from our warehouse, no drop shipping or multiple shipments.

What to Expect when Delivered
Advanced table settings preparation is what we do best. If we cannot ship something assembled, as pictured, rest assured it will be a simple process to get it to look that way. If your purchased table settings include a cloth tablecloth, it will need to be pressed using a home iron, prior to use. If an item requires battery power, the batteries will be included. If napkins have a special fold, they will come folded but may need to be adjusted slightly to compensate for  changes caused by shipping. Similarly if a centerpiece uses sand for effect, the sand will be packaged separately and will need to be poured into the holder. All very easy to do (no crafty expertise required!) to do and is included in the estimated set-up times.

Will my table setting look like the one in the picture ?
Yes, all photos are of the actual items. If you decide not to purchase some of the optional items or wish to use items you already have (dinner or flatware, etc.) that will be the only change. For accuracy, we leave props out of our images so you see exactly what you are getting, of course you will enhance our designs with your culinary creations.

What items are included?
(decor, settings, flatware, dinnerware)

All design Decorations (Decor) are displayed as a complete table setting, that is; all images include a tablecloth, dinnerware, flatware and glassware.

You can purchase just the Decor or the Decor and any combination of the other items. And while we understand this makes ordering a bit more complicated it offers you the option of purchasing just the items you need.

Whatever you decide is needed, please be sure to select everything before completing your order so we can be sure everything you require is available for shipment. We can only guarantee item stock at time of order.

Linen Color Accuracy
The most accurate color representation of table linen colors can be seen in the close up picture of the place setting, (third picture from the left on the details page) it is usually a bit darker than the other images. It's the overhead shot that provides the accuracy of the colors. All pictures are shot in the same studio but due to camera angles and lighting positions linen colors in the other images are usually lighter. And each video display shows color slightly different.

Shipping Charges
Nothing is ever added to shipping charges.
Shipping charges are based on weight, package dimensions, origination and destination information only.

Credit Card Safety
We use Google Checkout as our credit card processor for two reasons.

  1)     Security - Every web merchant asks for your information, so almost every place you shop has a copy of  your credit information. But with Google Checkout the merchant NEVER sees, handles or stores your credit card information. We tell Google Checkout you want to make a purchase, they give us an approval code, and we ship. And there's no added delay for all this security either, it all happens in less than a couple of seconds.

2)     Convenience - once you have a Google Checkout account you never have to type your billing, shipping and credit card information ever again, a couple clicks and your purchase is on it's way to you. As a bonus your Google Checkout works at any site excepting Google Checkout, there are tens of thousands now and more everyday.

Return Policy (satisfaction guarantee)

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your table settings. A 100% satisfaction guarantee applies to all Decor packages (and any purchased 'additional place settings'). If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know within seven days of receipt and we will provide an RMA number and email you a prepaid UPS shipping label for product return. All returned items must be in unused condition. Assuming conditions of returned items are met, we will reimburse for all shipping charges.

We cannot make refunds for opened dinnerware, glassware, flatware or tablecloths for obvious reasons. Return, shipping for glassware, flatware, dinnerware is the customer's responsibility. We cannot refund shipping charges that apply to glassware, flatware and dinnerware.

We package all products with the greatest of care, but rarely an item may arrive damaged or defective, please contact us right away and we will replace the defective item immediately and ship it to you free of shipping charges. When purchasing dinnerware, coffee cups are always included even if not shown in images.

Tablecloths over 70"s wide (only applies to width not length) will have seams.  (74" round is the only stock size with seams)
