will I get my order?
For in stock items (custom tablecloths are usually the
only items not in stock), we ship for
overnight delivery, two day, three day
and standard ground. Currently we use UPS as our primary shipper. (For next day delivery, orders
must be placed by 12PM Eastern Time.) All items come
directly from our warehouse, no drop shipping or
to Expect when Delivered
table settings preparation is what we do best. If we cannot ship
something assembled, as pictured, rest assured it will
be a simple process to get it to look that way. If your
purchased table settings include a cloth tablecloth, it will
need to be pressed using a home iron, prior to use. If
an item requires battery power, the batteries will be
included. If napkins have a special fold, they will come
folded but may need to be adjusted slightly to
changes caused by shipping. Similarly if a
centerpiece uses sand for effect, the sand will be
packaged separately and will need to be poured into the
holder. All very easy to do (no crafty expertise
required!) to do and is included in the
estimated set-up times.

All design Decorations (Decor) are displayed as a
complete table setting, that is; all images include
a tablecloth, dinnerware, flatware and glassware.
You can purchase just the Decor or the Decor and any
combination of the other items. And while we understand
this makes ordering a bit more complicated it offers you the option of purchasing just the items you

The most accurate color representation of table linen
colors can be seen
in the close up picture of the place setting,
(third picture from the left on the details page) it is
usually a bit darker than the other images. It's the
overhead shot that provides the accuracy of the colors.
All pictures are shot in the same studio but due to
camera angles and lighting positions linen colors in the
other images are usually lighter. And each video display
shows color slightly different.
Shipping charges are
based on weight, package dimensions, origination and destination
is ever added to shipping charges.

packages (and any purchased 'additional place
settings'). If you are not happy with your purchase,
please let us know within seven days of receipt and we
will provide an RMA number and email you a prepaid UPS
shipping label for
product return. All returned items must be in unused
condition. Assuming conditions of returned items are
met, we will reimburse for all shipping charges.
We cannot make refunds for
opened dinnerware, glassware, flatware or tablecloths for
obvious reasons. Return,
